Microsoft Publisher
- DO NOT use Publisher clip art photos or Illustrations
- Use Pack and Go for a commercial printer (under file menu)

Microsoft Word
- Not recommended for complex printing jobs.
- Embed all fonts and supply images independently
- Do not use Microsoft clip art images
